After a wonderfully filling dinner at the Five Sails restaurant, we took a short walk and retired to our room. There, we opened the champagne from my parents, our anniversary wine (white wine from our wedding) and watched the sun set over the bay. For added entertainment, we kept an eye on the preparations and festivities for the first sailing of the Island Princess cruise ship, docked 22 floors below us. We had learned that the Island Princess was brand new, and her first voyage happened to be scheduled for the evening of our anniversary. So, we watched the gala below, and were treated to light shows, live music, and lots of fireworks!
