Going further south of Vancouver, we spent the day at Delta. Why tunnel pictures? Apparently the renovations on this tunnel are what is causing traffic chaos in Richmond...
Delta is a nice island - buildings are clustered into small towns, giving both lots of open spaces to drive through as well as very congested areas with shops and such. Some of that may be driven by water levels. Vancouver
is already deep into planning and preparations for rising sea levels, since so much of the metro area is very very much right at sea level.
