Enough partying, time to get to work! (well, for Mike) We flew from Luxembourg to Frankfurt and from Frankfurt back to Copenhagen for Mike's conference.
Flight 1 to Frankfurt, operated by an italian airline.

Arriving in Frankfurt.
Frankfurt Airport.... always such a challenge. Our flight got in late. The next plane was literally feet from our current plane, but you can't board that way... we had take a bus to the terminal, run back through the airport, run up 3 flights of stairs, run down another hallway, take a different bus, and then get on the other plane. We waved hello to the plane we had arrived on while on the second bus. The torn meniscus in my left knee was rather unhappy with all the running. sigh, same as it ever was. I remember making a similar run through Frankfurt airport to catch a flight to Italy in the 80's. 40 years later, nothing has changed.
I actually love this first picture... the judgement. You can feel the judgement. *grin*
