Land belonging to the university at the edge of the neighborhood:
We had been quizzing Patricio about housing styles because so many neighborhoods in Edmonton don't have attached garages, which surprised us given the winter weather. Most of the land plots are narrow, leading to the detached garage behind the house layout, which is hard to see from the street. Patricio and his family live near the campus, in a neighborhood with a different layout. So, we spent some time walking around their neighborhood to get a different view.
The tour started with me being yelled at by a squirrel.
