Mother's Day at Coors Field
Denver, Colorado: May 13, 2007

My dad had wanted to see a baseball game at Coors Field for a long time, but somehow the Rockies were always in New York when he was here. Finally (I mean 15 years later), the Rockies were in town the weekend following Mike's graduation. My mom likes baseball, too, and the Mother's Day part of it was the Club Level seating. *grin* We went with Mike's and my parents, my brother, his sister, Auntie Linda, and his grandma. Here are some pictures my dad took at the game. (oh, and the Rockies lost by something like 19-2, so we all had plenty of opportunity to explore and enjoy the club level!)

Mom met Dinger:

From front to back: Mike's sister, Rannae, Auntie Linda, Grandma, and Mike's parents peeking into the picture:

Mike and me: (He was dismayed by our chubbiness displayed here but I reminded him that both people in that picture are now about 20 pounds lighter thanks to all the time and energy we put into working out and counting calories this summer! We're pretty proud of ourselves.)
